About Our Middle Tennessee Fence & Irrigation Company
Built by someone who came up through construction.
Curb Appeal Construction is owner led by Tommy Martin, who spent years running construction work across Middle Tennessee before focusing the company on fencing and irrigation. That background is why our projects get planned rather than just installed.
Fencing and irrigation, done as construction work
Most fence companies come from the fence trade. We came from building, which changes how a property gets approached. Before a line is laid out we are already thinking about grade, drainage, rock depth, access for equipment, how the fence meets the patio and where irrigation lines need to run so nothing gets cut later.
Fencing and irrigation are what we install most, and they cover the majority of our schedule across Rutherford, Williamson, Wilson and Davidson County. Around those we still build patios, stone and brick work, covered structures and lighting, because those are the projects that come with a finished yard.
Work is owner led from the first site visit. You talk to the person responsible for the project rather than a salesperson who hands you off after the deposit.
Construction experience behind the work
Nearly a decade in Middle Tennessee construction means your project gets planned like a build: grades, site conditions, sequencing and coordination handled before the first post goes in.
Specialized crews for specialized work
Fence work goes to crews that install fence every day, irrigation to crews that do irrigation, all coordinated under one accountable point of contact.
Built for serious projects
We take on complete fence lines, full property irrigation and substantial outdoor builds rather than small patch repairs.
A broader network when a project needs it
Years of local trade relationships mean related construction details get solved instead of stalling the job.
